Re: how do install sims packs from steam onto EA

@hotspoodles  It almost sounds like the EA App isn't recognizing the Steam install.  Try repairing the game through Steam; the option is called "Verify the integrity of the local files" or similar.

If that doesn't help, click Add-ons below "The Sims 4" and next to Overview, near the top of the main Sims 4 page.  Find one of your packs there and try to install it alone.
