@Millsyyy34 This computer should be able to run all Sims 4 content together, plus your mods and custom content, on ultra graphics settings. If you see lag or framerate drops, it will likely be the game's fault, not your computer's.
You only need 8 GB RAM to run Sims 4 itself, although 16 GB is convenient for multitasking. If you decide your want more memory though, it's cheap and easy to upgrade: another 8 GB might cost $35, and all that's required to install is to open your case and click the module into a slot. Be sure to get something that matches the existing module in both speed and timings, or just get an identical stick, as in, it has the same product number.
