First off if you DO get abducted SAVE RIGHT AWAY if you want your dude to get pregnant that is.
ive been having problems with this myself cus i thought it would work if i just got abducted a few times...
4 times. no luck.
i didnt read about saving and loading and saving and loading until it works, until waaay late. So for gods sake SAVE when it happens and just replay 3 days or however long it takes to show.....

I bought the game for the aliens, i made a dude to get pregnant, i got to the highest level of scientist while contacting aliens EVERY DAY and searching for the truth every night. AFTER 4 REAL LIFE DAYS, dating 3 aliens *(which includes hybrid babies with lady aliens) going to sixam and carrying around space rocks everywhere and even capped the rocketship skills, i managed to get abducted ONLY 4 TIMES, and im NOT PREGNANT YET I am so tired of spending my sims entire long lifespan on trying to get pregnant its ridiculous. i spend every sim day of his life TRYING to get him pregnant so THANK YOU, for making people experience what its like to have fertility problems with no IVF treatments available. FRUSTRATING
ps> ive spent about 50 hours in game since i bought get to work with Alien pregnancy as my ONLY GOAL and this is how successful its been. WTF
