Basically I want to be able to change the cursor size to make it smaller. If that wasn't clear enough

@artyt123 A couple of things to try:
Reset settings in Accessibility window, exit and reload the game.
Delete the file for settings in The Sims 4 user folder, called: Options.ini. You need to redo all settings again.
Switch between fullscreen and windowed mode.
If that doesn't work, please also post a picture of the settings in Game Options> Accessibility, and read this bug report:
