A save file deleted itself and my tracked hours on the ea app reset
I genuinely do not know what happened, my game just crashed and it deleted all of my stuff.

sandy_80_ Do you have an older copy of this save available, as in, the game simply didn't save your progress, or maybe it reverted to an old version? Or do you have no copy of this save at all?
Please also look for backups of the save, and if you find one, try recovering it. Here's how:

As for the EA App hours played, it might fix itself (and it might have already). But if it doesn't, I don't think there's a way to fix it on the user side.
