Did you see any specific error message when trying to redeem your codes? Please clear the cache for the EA app, then in your game library, click The Sims 4 and go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons and let me know if Cottage Living & Island Living are showing there available to be installed.

    No specific error message but when I cleared the cache that worked! Thank you very much 🙂
