Hi I've encountered with the same issue as the person in the replies and I reset my computer and redownloaded ea I put my dxdiag png in this forum could there be any way you could help fix my game as well.
@aqua20603 I've split and merged your posts into their own thread to keep everything together. Your dxdiag lists a number of generic Windows errors, so let's start there. Please run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Please also increase your computer's page file. Here's how (option three):

Set the minimum to 16000 and the maximum to 16384, then restart your computer to see the effects.
