i went in to documents and i still couldnt find the electronics arts folder

@AlexBobAlexBob The folder only appears once you've launched Sims 4 for the first time. If you've done that, find the file path to the folder in-game, as described here:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Then open that folder on your computer.
