It's interesting that your Origin wants to update almost every time when you turn it on. There could be an issue with Origin itself. Try to uninstall it and then clean your registry - http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/ Then try to download and install Origin again - https://www.origin.com/en-us/download and let it update.
After this is done, please follow the steps do disable Origin in game again and reboot your computer afterwards. Let us know if that helped 😕mileywink:
