    Thank you!

I followed the steps. I also have a file that says origin games with the sime 4 inside. Should I get rid of that too?

@ebyearw  That Sims 4 folder contains the game's program files, so if you deleted it, then you'd uninstall the entire game.  There's no reason to go that far yet.  But if you still can't download the pack, look inside that Sims 4 folder for a folder labeled GPxx, as in, the folder for the game pack that isn't working.  (For example, if Realm of Magic is the problem pack, look for a folder labled GP08, because RoM is Game Pack 8.)

If you find that pack's folder inside the Sims 4 folder, go ahead and delete it, clear Origin's cache again, restart your computer, repair the game, and try to download the pack again.  But don't look anywhere else for that pack folder: there's a folder for each pack inside Delta, and those folders should all be there no matter what packs you own or have installed.  The only folder you should be deleting is the one immediately inside the Sims 4 folder.

Also, just in case it isn't clear, the Repair option will be grayed out if you're running the game.  So repair immediately after you restart your computer, or else make sure you quit the game first.
