@papaya_man21 It looks like the folder is in the correct place, but you're missing an additional folder that holds install log data. This is probably because you copied over the folder and may explain why the pack isn't loading.
What I would suggest is that you delete the EP16 folder here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4
Clear the EA App's cache:

Restart your computer, and try again to download the pack in Steam or the EA App, wherever you bought it. If you can't, please post a screenshot of what you see when you try.
hello i have tried what you said and unfortunately it did not work and when i try to download the ep16 in the ea it says it is installed but in game it doesent show up. but even tho it says it is downloaded i can not find it in the sims folder
@papaya_man21 The entry in your screenshot isn't the Lovestruck pack, it's the bonus content for early purchases. Where did you buy the pack? If it was from a third-party seller, you might have a second code, for example Amazon often sends one code via email and lists the other in the purchase history. If you don't have a second code, you'll need to contact the retailer.
