The first one is the best because it has twice the storage of the others.  Aside from that, these are all in the same performance category: they should be able to run Sims 4, all current packs included, on medium-high to high graphics.  (They're much faster than the one you found.)  So pick the one you like for whatever reasons matter to you: screen size, weight, keyboard layout, even aesthetics.
