I had the same problem, go to "my games" in origin, and hover over it, click on the "i" for information, scroll down to the "Get to Work" DLC, and right click on it. Click, "check for update" and it should "restart" the installation, when it says installation complete on the bottom of the origin screen, click on that, and press play, and it should work after that. if it does not, click repair game and see if that works. You should have absolutely no problem after this! Happy Simming!!

i have this problem as well i got it to work in laptop mode 2 times but your sugestions have not worked for me nither dose reinstalling the games or origin nothing works and i dont know what to do i have even contacted ea about it

The expansions are now under a new tab called expansions.
