Also, when my game lags/stutters they get worse? But I don’t know how to fix the lagging issues..I have my max frame rate to 144 Hz and in game I play full screen mode and I have it on for 144 Hz as well and vsync on (as well as in NVIDIA settings) I tried to remove vsync in game in sims settings but that didn’t help really? So I turn them on both…but I could be completely wrong idk…

    @littlemissday  It's worth testing without your custom content at least once, just to see whether it makes any difference.  Just move the Mods folder to the desktop, don't save your progress when you load the save, and put Mods back when you're done.

    And I'd still be interested to know whether running your monitor at a lower resolution helps, as I described before.  Vertical sync uses the monitor's refresh rate, so you could just leave it enabled in the Control Panel without changing any other settings.
