My game crashes

To all who may have similar problems,

Please do tell me what I am doing wrong!! I deleted all my mods, uninstalled and reinstalled the sims 4 and even tried repairing the game, but yet still I cannot get passed the word sims 4 with the green life thing, not even the menu where you can go and play the game.

This means I cannot claim the new freebies that are available this week. Please sort this out!! I dont know what Ive done wrong, but would love to play the game as ive played it for years,  I started with the sims and never have I had any issues until now.

Please fix this!! The sims 4 is one of my hobbies which is a part of my down time!!

    NP1995​  If you haven't already, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

    If this doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
