Re: Laptop blue screened twice since last update, any reason why?

Hello, sorry for the late reply. But as it turns out, Sims isn't crashing my computer! The minidump file stated there was an issue with a driver -- I posted about the issue to the Microsoft Forums, and someone was kind enough to take a look at the file. They suggested I uninstall and reinstall my GPU drivers to see if that fixes the issue. If not, then the issue is with MSI themselves -- the recent-ish Windows update was conflicting with their computer's CPU firmware or something like that.

@gloomyearthling  If Windows and the MSI firmware aren't getting along, I would expect MSI to fix it rather quickly, so keep an eye out for updates.  In case no one made it clear, BIOS versions and chipset drivers can be found on the Support page for the MSI laptop or motherboard you own.  Be absolutely sure you have exactly the right product number, especially in the case of a BIOS update.

If you need any more help with Sims 4, let me know.
