@Ninapoppy  You need to have launched the game at least once, or once after reinstalling, for the Sims 4 user folder (the one inside Electronic Arts) to show up.

If the game does actually launch, that data has to be stored somewhere.  Here's how to find it:

Use the in-game option and then open that same file path manually.  If you're still not seeing anything, please post the full file path the game lists.
