@Queen_Vickaya97  Please move your entire Mods folder to your desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test.  If that helps, you can use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods and custom content:

If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or cc, please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
