I take it you are looking for them in your 'library' & not your 'gallery', as you'd not have 'shared to the gallery' at this point. Also, not sure how you've saved the files in the first place / packaged them? I use LuniverSims Tray Importer for doing this. Searching via name (?), etc as the rooms / lots / sims are often via date made, as well..
Have you saved in this way before? Double check to make sure wrong files weren't attached to them in the Tray Files.. and that they're in the correct format.
