@fsjjp Do you get a crash report in the reliability monitor? Can you play for a bit or does it crash on startup? Is the error message exactly as per the thread title?

the strange thing is that every time i start sims4 i get a new entry in reability history that sims 4 has stopped working, but my game is running fine and origin too, whats the message about!?

i have same as person above everytime i load game it hangs when i get to main screen on bottom it says i am offline. (origin is set to onine as well as game) top says not responding and mouse is blue swirl. then i go to next screen i am able to play game without further messages but if i close and restart same message in both event viewer and reliabilty report. i purchased game with disks. i did do a repair game. i do not use any mods. and it does not matter if i am offline in origin or online same message appears at this time

i also get this message in event viewer.

i have same problem. get error message in event viewer/realiabilty but game works. i have discovered if i remove the tray and let new one populate the game does not say i am offline. but i still receive a message that game stopped working.

i installed game on windows 7 laptop no error message at startup in event viewer or realiabilty history. but this i downloaded from origin windows 8 pc i installed from disk.
game plays fine no idea why i receive message every time i start the game.
