@katysworld7  In addition to Steam, are you running Origin or the EA App?  If you're using the App, try clearing its cache, after uninstalling Sims 4 and before installing it again.

If that doesn't help, try reinstalling Origin:

Some players find they can't run Origin anymore, but among those who can, doing so gets around a lot of issues with the App.  Make sure neither the App nor the EABackgroundService is running—check the Task Manager, including background processes—before you try installing Origin.

    Solved it. Just found out that on Steam English hadn't saved and it then changed the game language every time. But thanks for your help!
