@kelly021095 So the clean user folder didn't help? In that case, I'd like to see a dxdiag. You can attach one to a reply here.
I have attached it here
@kelly021095 Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing because the Intel graphics driver is crashing. But the game shouldn't be using the Intel graphics chip at all. Are you playing with the laptop plugged in and charging, or on battery? If battery, that would explain the issue: the laptop is trying to preserve battery life and defaulting to the lower-power Intel chip. So please try with the laptop plugged in instead.
If that doesn't help, force Sims 4 to use the Nvidia graphics card. Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, click Browse, choose TS4_DX9_x64, and select the high-powered option. Do the same for TS4_x64. Then restart your computer and test again.
If this doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
