Re: My Sims 4 Wont Close Or Update
Try force closing the game. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and force close TS4.exe.
If you can't figure it out, try rebooting the game.
On the CC, it would suggest taking it all out and testing the game without it.

Force your computer to restart.
Close all programs you can.
If your computer has a reset button press this to restart (only available on some desktops/towers).
If it doesn't have such a button, hold down the power button for 4 seconds. The computer will turn off.
Wait 10 seconds and turn the computer on again.
Start Origin, rightclick The Sims 4 and select repair.
