yes i have and i do have custom content in my game but ive had those for months and they caused no problems, its just as of the past few weeks before the latest update its been doing it

The new update made some mods and custom content become out of date.
Have you tried moving moving the mods folder to the desktop and deleting your game cache to help with troubleshooting. If it loads okay, it may be that some of the mods/cc have become outdated.
Disabling or turning off both mod/cc options isn't enough of a test.

custom content and mods get outdated with patches and they need updating.
Please remove everything and test if it then works. If it does, you need to narrow down which mods are causing the issue for you.
