could you check if you can move the family out and back in or if that also ends in an endless loading ?
Did you also delete your cache files after removing the mods/cc ?

I did delete my cache files after removing the cc and mods. I just tried moving the family from manage worlds and tried saving after, and there was no endless save screen.
Did you put them back into the house and the same occurred again or is it fixed now ?
- I put them back into the household, and the when I went back in to cas, the never ending loading screen happened again.
Sounds like something about the family corrupted
Did you use any cc on them and if so, was that removed ?
Can you try changing them a bit ?
