Re; New Eps not downloading

Question

I recently purchased two EPs, both the Growing Together and Horse Ranch EPs.

However, I can't seem to download either one. I click on the Sims 4 tile to manage-add ons, hit the download button on one, and the buttons then go grey, and nothing happens. I've tried going into the Sims 4 overview window and downloading them from there, but nothing happens. Neither of the games even begin the download process. The EA app seems to flicker for a second, but nothing happens after that.

I've noticed there appears to be issues downloading the the Horse Ranch EP, but I can't seem to download either of the EPs, and I don't even enter 'preparing to download' mode.

@rionachocroinin&nbsp; You can try clearing the App's cache:

and repairing the game.&nbsp; And you can try going offline and back online.

But if that doesn't help, the only fix is to uninstall and reinstall Sims 4.
