Spikes in create sim

i just switched from origin to the EA App. My game no longer works. When i go into create sim it is all spikes. It is the same in game play and build mode. No Mods. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well as the EA App. I also updated my driver, reduced graphics in game to low and reduced resolution to no avail.

    merrik_willow​  If you still need help with this, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
