- The option shows up fine for me for both saves but it looks like you don't have seasons so there's a slight possibility that that has an influence. Which packs do you own ? So I can re-create the exact same scenario ?
Also, I do get a message that some cc is removed from your save so when you say, no mods, do you mean no cc as well or do you still have cc in your game ? When I discussed this at length with Deaderpool and his gang, I went through deleting everything in the Mods folder, which included a lot of downloaded clothes and a few other items from the Internet. I also took out MC Command Center. I even deleted everything from Wicked Sims. Still had the woohoo problem as described.
Then I put almost everything back, bit by bit, still talking to Deaderpool. The MC Command Center and Wicked Sims, all updated.
The new game ran fine and still does. The older games (saves), no woohoo.

- Did you also try renaming your entire user folder and just put your save back ?
Judging from your PM, you did find the issue though. I had this problem recently too with the same exact situation as you. Also did all the same steps you did. The only thing that ended up working was I went to load game and then on the save I went to “recover save” I clicked on one on the family I was having issues with (and it was even a save where it wasn’t working prior) and it worked after I recovered it. Hope this helps!
