I do not have that small button
- The button to open the notebook on the phone is no longer at the top of the phone. It is now found on the bottom row of buttons after the Entertainment button. I believe this happened as part of the Jun 18 2019 update
Just wanted to keep this information up-to-date. I spent a couple days trying to find the notebook button after it moved and this is only thread I found that gives a location for it.
