Re: Only new game button no load game button

@BeetleBugs125  Did you move the saves folder, or the Sims 4 folder it's in?  The latter is a common troubleshooting step—the idea is to find out whether something in the user folder is preventing the game from working—but the logical result is that the game stops reading your saves and other user data.  The fix is to put the saves into the new Sims 4 folder.

Please do NOT simply restore the entire Sims 4 folder, especially if removing it was what fixed the game in the first place.  Instead, restore only your saves and see what happens.  In case you need a refresher, here's how to find the user folder:

If you never (knowingly) moved the Sims 4 folder, is OneDrive running on this computer?  Even if you never use it, OneDrive could sync your files and remove them from your computer.  Please see the first post of this thread for more information:
