Hey. I had this exact problem. Im just curious does yours say someone else is on your account at the same time as you? if so then don't panic. it just means that you probably have the Origin app open and you have Origin open on google chrome or your searching browser. Close your searching browser one and then sign in on the app. Also make sure that you have internet connection too. Then hopefully it will work. I also suggest trying out a few internet networks but if they ask you for the password then don't bother.
