Re: Origin won’t download Snowy Escape

@simssaddict94  What happens when you click the Download button on the pack?  Open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, scroll down to Snowy Escape, and click the orange button.

If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and try again.

If that doesn't help either, enable automatic game updates: hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first header), scroll down to Client update and enable auto game updates.  Then quit Origin and reopen it.  If auto updates are already enabled, disable them, clear Origin's cache again, and reenable them, then quit and restart Origin.

    Ok so it did finally end up downloading but once it did the sentiments and sims profile stopped working completely.

    @simssaddict94  That's usually related to having one or more custom traits mods.  Try removing those and deleting localthumbcache.package.  If that alone doesn't help, try removing your entire Mods folder and deleting localthumbcache.package again.

    I download the snowy escape today because origin had a free trial but every time i go and download it will stop in the middle of the download so i stop it and repair my game so when i shut down my computer and turn it back on origin keep say that the snowy escape is all ready been download but when i open my sims 4 game its say it have not been download please can somebody help me
