Followed the steps given by live support:
Launch EA App.
Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
Scroll to Help.
Click App recovery.
Select Clear cache.
Restart PC.
but the problem is still here, even after they made "necessary changes on the account", I assume that the problem is related with 27th Feb update, because I can still download and play other games.
