Re: [Resolved] Game ownership disabled or deleted

Followed the steps given by live support:

Launch EA App.
Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
Scroll to Help.
Click App recovery.
Select Clear cache.
Restart PC.

but the problem is still here, even after they made "necessary changes on the account", I assume that the problem is related with 27th Feb update, because I can still download and play other games.

    For anyone facing with this issue, I guess we just have to wait for a proper solution from EA. Other games are downloading just fine.

  • @Blvckout77 I think you are right, I tried with clearing app, clear boot and changes made by support, just as you are and nothing, so we have to wait.

    Is it a joke? day or two after last post game randomly showed up and now after less than  a two weeks dissapeared again. And the same thing is showing up.

    I have the same problem with sims 4, I have base game and 48 dlc. Today they disappeared.

  • I unfortunately had to renew my EA Play membership just to get my Sims 3 working again. Even tho I didn't need the membership for it to work all the other times. As soon as I renewed it the error stopped popping up

  • The problem is that I never had EA Play subscription. All sims 4 - base game and all my dlc - I bought. I try contact with support today and first time they made my game appear in installed again, but called for Epic account. Fun fact - my EA and Epic accounts are not connected. I talked with suport again, cleared cache od EA App as they suggested and my game dissapera from installed again with desctop start " your access was disabled or deleted". When I told that to person from support I was sent here again with promise they do everything to repair this, but it's hard to believe them.

    Edit: It looks like it has something in common with pormotions on EA App. Last time when it happened  there was a Sims 4 promotion too.

    Hi everyone,

    Can The Sims 3 players provide an EA app error report ID please? Here is how to use the EA Error Reporter in the EA app:

    1. Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.
      • If you’re playing on Mac, go to Help in the task bar and select EA Error Reporter.
    2. Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
    3. Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem field.
      • If you’re running the EA Error Reporter as part of your EA Help case, include your Case Number in the Support Ticket Number (Optional) field.
      • You can find your Case Number in your cases on EA Help or inside any support emails we sent you about this issue.
    4. Check the box next to By clicking this box, you agree to share diagnostic information with EA.
    5. Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.
    6. Write down your Report ID here, similarly to @Budek10

    Hi @Simomaniaczka,

    Both issues are currently under investigation, as this thread contains both Sims 3 and 4 issues it's the best place for us to communicate with both sets of players.

    We're hoping that the fix for Sims 3 will resolve both issues, we'll share updates as we get them here.
