@Gargalhar Are you using a house you built yourself ? Any cc/moo placed objects in there ? Do you have the issue with multiple houses ?

I'm experiencing this issue too. Whenever I place an ad for roommates, none ever show up. Whenever I manually ask a sim to be my roommate, they say to make sure to clear space around their bed -- but then they just leave the lot and despawn. It happens with every household I've tried, different lots/houses/apartments, both with and without cc, with and without MOO.
