Re: Royalty & Legacy code/bonus content issues

Hi. I bought the Royalty and Legacy grand bundle on the release date from G2A, it shows it's the bundle in my Sims add ons list, but none of the extra content (2 kits and digital content) are showing up in the game, just the expansion pack. Also says I don't own the kits it is supposed to have come with.

I have asked the seller about this and they have told me to contact EA for help. Please can someone help me, I'm not sure how I go about doing this. I'm so upset, I'm on a tight budget and can't afford to buy the extra kits on their own. Someone please help me!
