I have run a dxdiag and attached the report
@CocoLennox Please update your graphics driver, which is from 2018. You can get the newest driver from AMD:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, please remove any files in ConfigOverride, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
If that doesn't help either, please try switching to DirectX 9 or 11 mode, whichever you're not currently using. Here's how:
