Hello @6d0d2409a740266f,

This does sound like your packs are registered to a secondary EA account than the one you're currently logging in with- please see the accepted solution on the first page of this thread for steps on how to check if you're logging in to the incorrect account, and how to contact support for further help on this.

    @EA_Solaire I Have A Similar Problem Yet I Don't Think My Account Is A Secondary One, As My Old Save Files Had The Packs I Bought Listed On Them Saying That A Restart Was Required To Regain Access To Them But I Shut down The Game And Restarted My PC And No Change. I Then Uninstalled And Re-Installed It. So Unfortunately I Don't Have Access To The Files Anymore. If Anyone Can Help Me Get My Files Back It Would Be Amazing I Would Be SOOOOOO Grateful!! 🙂
