Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

have in-game save files cant play because im missing packs order history is gone tried clearing cache, repair, tried the other ea accounts but nothing has worked for me can anyone help this happened after a game update 4/22

    my sims game is telling me im missing add ons too even though i already have them downloaded
