Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have two packs that I bought a while ago, Vampires (downloaded December 21 2024) and For Rent (downloaded November 26 2024). I also had Growing Together but that one isn't even in my download history. Both are shown in my download history but cannot be accessed in game or downloaded in the store, as the only options are to purchase the packs. I tried a few online fixes like the one where you check for the game files for the packs, but I have ep13 (growing together), ep15 (for rent), and gp04 (vampires) in the correct location. I can't find anybody else with this exact issue though.

I was on the EA support chat and was told to check my order history, which had no records of the packs, and my emails which also have no record of the packs. I'm just really confused because I literally have game saves that I can go back to that say "requires growing together" and etc. Looking for any help anyone can provide or someone else with this issue so that I stop feeling crazy. Thanks!

    If your content isn't showing in your account's order history, then it sounds like you're logging into a different EA account than the account you had originally purchased your packs on. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.   • Already checked my email history and couldn't find anything, and I checked both of my accounts. Nothing to be found other than my download history and the game saves that I now cannot use that say "requires growing together." Probably a lost cause but I wish I could get my packs back lol. I think I'm going to check my bank transactions and see if there is any other proof that I bought them.

    I'd recommend getting in contact with the live support team so they can look into this a bit further with you and try to locate where your pack in.
