Sadly, I know for a fact that I’m logged into the right account. I’ve only ever logged in with one email. I did change it in the past to my new email, and I’ve made purchases with that new email as well, and those purchases don’t show up in my order history either, none of them do.
I do not think that that’s the problem, because I never logged out of my account, I just started up EA, and all of my content was gone, even though I’ve used it the day before on the same account with the same email. I think it’s a glitch or something, but sadly, I’m never gonna be able to reach anyone from EA support, they’re really no help. Whenever they do reply to my email, and I respond, they say that they’re no longer working on this case and that I have to re-fill a form, which I have done seven times..
