Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Today when I opened my Sims after not playing for a couple months, I looked at my saved worlds and it said I required island living (which I bought years ago). I don't know what's happened but I have never had this issue before. I also couldn't open my Sims app for about 30 minutes and I had to update it a completely different way than I have every time before.

    Hi dianarod07​ , did you make sure you are connected to the correct account? It could be that you are using a different account that only contains the free Sims 4 base game. Did you use the same email address to login as the one that was used to make the purchase years ago?

    Hi, I didn't use the same one as I no longer have access to the email I had before. However, I changed the email on my EA account to my new one so I didn't think that it would affect my sims as its still the same account just a different email. It also has the progress I had on it, it just says I require Island Living on my previous worlds . When I logged on before the last time it was on my new email and it I had the pack and it worked just fine. So I don't think its an email issue but I could be wrong.

    This doesn't work for me as its the same account because after I changed the email on the account I still had the pack. However, I then didn't play for a while and it logged me out and then when I logged in the pack was listed as unowned. It might be an issue with the new update but I don't think it has anything to do with the email because I still have the progress I've had since before the email was changed.
