Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So I’m wondering what’s going on cause as I turn my game login in he says I don’t have any of my packs that I had for years cause of this **bleep** update. Like I been playing the sims for the longest and for the update to just say I don’t have any packs is insane EA you guys need to do something about this cause it’s not fair at all to people who already sent their money for things.
