    @Ibtissims

    For now.

Move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game - important!
    Fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC.
Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version
If it will not work could you post your Computer's DxDiag, as was asked in the post above?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here

    I don't work for EA

@Ibtissims  Please save all the information in the dxdiag as a .txt file—click on "Enregistrer toutes les informations" and save the file to your desktop.  Then you can attach it to a reply here.  There's a lot more information in a dxdiag than what's on the page in your screenshot.  And it's fine that it's in French; the relevant information is easy enough to find in any language.

Please also remove your Sims 4 game folder from Documents\Electronic Arts.  (You can just move it to your desktop.)  Try to launch the game, and let me know whether it works.  Your saves won't show up, but that's fine, since they'll still be in the folder you moved, and you can always put them back later.

@Ibtissims  You don't need to post the pictures.  Just click Save All Information ("Enregistrer toutes les informations" in your previous screenshot), and everything will be saved as a .txt file.  It's plain text, so the file won't be that large, and you can attach it to a post.

Please also test the game in a clean folder, as suggested before.  Remove your entire Sims 4 game folder from Documents\Electronic Arts—you can put it on your desktop—and see if you can now open the game.  Let me know either way.

Theoretically, you have two graphics card Intel (R) HD Graphics and AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000, but it looks like your computer uses only an Intel card.
In your game folder, there is a text document called Config. It says which card your game uses. Could you post it here?
The Intel(R) graphics controllers do no use dedicated memory on their own, they use shared memory that is taken from the RAM memory installed on your computer and you definitely have too little RAM memory for the game and for the card.
But even if this memory was supposed to be just for the game, you don't have enough of it. Fortunately, RAM cubes are not expensive and are likely to be added to your computer. You currently have less than 4 GB RAM memory - you need twice as much.
It is quite a different thing that the drivers for both your cards are very old. You need to download and install drivers for the Intel card
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
    and for Radeon card
    https://www.amd.com/en/support
There are also problems with your Windows system but today it is enough if you check if your Windows is up to date and install new card drivers. We'll see if it helps.

  • I don't understand I checked the graphics cards and they are all up to date, what I forgot to specify is that I played a long time at the sims on the same computer then I lost the game so I bought a new one and now it doesn't work anymore
  • I found this in the game's file (the file is unsupported so I took a screenshot)

At the moment, only one - your Intel card - your computer uses. And it is a weak card.  If you ever had a Radeon card then it stopped working. Your computer should have 6GB RAM instead of 4 GB and AMD Athlon processor with Radeon Mobility 5600 graphics. But it hasn't. Did you give it in for repair? If not - you should give it to be repaired in the service.

These are data from your computer
    Intel Driver Date/Size: 26/11/2012
So you can see that these drivers are not the latest.

    For now:

Try launch the game in windowed mode, if you will able to open the game lower the graphics settings in the game option
