You only have 4 GB of RAM so there's no advantages to play on 64 bit.

Are you trying to play in windowed or full screen mode ?

Did the game ever work for you ?

Could you check if you have any critical events for ts4.exe or ts4_64.exe: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/critical-events/

Also do you have any error logs in the documents folder ?

I have tried every single one of those. 

My spore game doesn't work either so I'm thinking maybe it's my computer???? 

But it's only for the games. I can hear then perfect just can't see the picture and it's only happened after this last update. Also, I was moving my mouse around and it seems the buttons are all still there because my mouse changed over where the play button normally is. Don't know if that helps at all but this is pretty frustrating! I even tried the Sims black screen fix video on youtube but my game starts up with a black screen, it doesn't work and then suddenly turn to black screen. I currently have an ongoing case with a specialist or something, but so far nothing has worked.

And you're 100% sure that the game is running on the AMD card ? I don't really know how to do it with AMD.

Also did the CAW Demo work at all ?

In what folder was the file exactly ?
