You need to log in to Origin on the new computer with the same email you used for the game on the old computer. Then you will be able to install the game via Origin.

@rjtweedy The easiest way is to download and install the Origin client software. Origin is a stall alone program so it can be installed separately. Just google EA Origin and that should take you to a site to download the installer. Intall and run Origin and login using the same login as you used when you installed the game the first time.
