Re: Sims 4 Community content won't load or allow you to download

Hey I just want to say thank you! I had just updated my antivirus and firewall before launching the game and when I launched the game it downloaded the new update for Sims 4. I assumed the update was the problem. I turned off my firewall and low and behold it freaking works again. Thank you. lol

Put it back on standard and add thesims.com, Origin.com, origin.exe and ts4_64.exe as exceptions.

Hi, any idea what the fix for this is, now?
I'm having the same issue. First off my sims wouldn't eat, so I followed advice to download and install a scripting fix. Then the houses wouldn't load so I again followed official advice to delete the contents of my saves and cache folders. At that point the cache folder on Win 10 became locked to OneDrive and would not let me open it.
Now I can't access any online content, including my own creations, and those are showing up as not being created by me in-game.
