I am online in origin but can't connect to the gallery in sim4.
Please help!
I am also in the same situation. In-game gallery down. Also, I get an error "Oops! Something went wrong..." when trying to access the website gallery too.
Looks like a server side issue maybe.I'm having the same problem. No i'm not an underage account and etc... I just load forever.
Same here for me.. my pets are also solid black.
Seems like everyone's having issues, maybe it's a update fail.

- Hi, my community gallery will not connect either! Is this still an active problem for everybody?

Same issue!!!! Just bought laundry day and can't connect to the gallery. Working internet connection just won't let me connect to gallery in game....
- I think everyone is having pretty much the same experience. The gallery has been offline since the Laundry Pack went live a few hours ago.
Yeah me too. I went on origin and downloaded a new connection and now it's telling me the servers are offline.

Hi everyone,
If your Gallery is not connecting, please, try the following:
- Remember underage accounts can't access online services
- Make sure Origin is online instead of on offline mode.
- Make sure your firewall or antivirus are not blocking the connection - add the game and Origin to its exceptions.
- Restart your router
- Flush your DNS - you can learn how to here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc/
- Wait a few hours - it could be there's a maintenance going on at the time.
- Run the game and Origin as administrator
- Try to use a different Windows account
