@mellyquinn13 Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that the Intel graphics control software is crashing. Uninstalling it means clean-uninstalling the graphcis driver, which means uninstalling and reinstalling both drivers, as described here:
Please use the UMA (from Intel) and RTX 4060 (from Nvidia) drivers on the Acer support page for your laptop:
https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Nitro_ANV15-51
The order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
I realize that the Nvidia driver Acer offers is a year old, but it is probably still fully compatible with Sims 4. If you do want to use the newest driver, you can update later without taking any extra steps, but please test with this version first. The Intel driver is even older but still fine because the iGPU won't be running your games.

I run my sims on an MSI laptop any chance you have some magic for that one?

@Xovera97 I don't know about magic, but I can look over a dxdiag if you'd like. Please first test without mods or custom content, and without any files in ConfigOverride. If that doesn't help, here's how to run a dxdiag; you can attach it to a reply here.
