ellenm94​  Without a dxdiag, I'm just guessing here, but one common cause of random crashing on computers with high-end Intel processors that the motherboard may overclock by default is a BIOS setting called CPU Turbo Boost.  Sometimes updating the BIOS fixes the issue, so try doing that, if you know how.

If that doesn't help, or you're not sure how to proceed, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also list your motherboard model, which doesn't always show up in a dxdiag.  You can see it printed on the board itself, among other places.

    I'm going to try updating the BIOS. I updated the chip drivers and I thought that fixed it last night but then I crashed again after about an hour lol. 

     

    For the dxdiag, do I run that after the game crashes or can I do it at any time?
