Lost Progress

I haven't played the game in a while. I tried playing and all my progress is lost. I have saved the old sims 4 file and then uninstalled then reinstalled sims entirely. I used to have it in a folder named EAGames, but I moved it back to the Documents folder.

When it redownloaded, I placed my saves, tray, and mod folders back in and they all loaded in fine but many files/folders in my _Installer folder says there is a permissions error. I tried repairing the Sims while everything was still loading but nothing changed. 

I went into some of the files and was able to fix the permissions (first SC). Many of them didn't have full control and so I allowed but some folders/files did not give me the option to fix anything and still says sync pending. (second SC). I don't what to do and I'm not sure how to go about fixing it if it is antivirus related.
